Specials, Salads and Proteins

Just one look at our deli case inspires salivation. KOKO has your cravings covered with daily dishes from thai fish cakes with chili sauce, to meatloaf, chilé relleno frittata to vegetarian or meat lasagne, chicken marsala or marbella, and you might even catch us with hot Italian sausage peppers and onions. Salads like golden beets with parsley, super slaw with brussels sprouts, slivered almonds and dried fruits, tahini kale salad, quinoa tabouli, eggplant polpettine, curry-roasted cauliflower, half whole artichokes with garlic aioli, plus a nice selection of classic deli favorites from old fashioned chicken salad to provolone and prosciutto stuffed cherry peppers and a country olive mix. 


Soups and Sandwiches

It's well known that our daily soup offering is a customer favorite, and with an upstanding soup-salad or soup-sandwich combo, you know lunch is going to be satisfying. KOKO soups are all home-made recipes made with care and depth of flavor. Sandwiches are always stocked with, white, wheat, pita and gluten free bread options, and ham, turkey, tuna or avocado proteins, with a rotation of cheeses, lettuce and tomato and don't forget the caprese! All sandwiches come dry and we have your favorite deli mustard or mayo waiting for you. in addition to our case sandwiches, find a daily deli sandwich at the counter, from muffaletta to the KOKO Bhan Mi.


Sushi

Some of us remember back before KOKO was a thing, when the folks who own and run the restaurant had a successful and well-loved prepared foods company, Nu-Garden. One of the staples of that business was Kenji's sushi rolls, sashimi and assorted Japanese snacks. KOKO stocks brown and white rice sushi from veggie and avocado rolls, California, and tuna or salmon rolls with fresh wasabi and pickled ginger. Sriracha and soy sauce/tamari and chop sticks can be added by guests to any take-away sushi pack, and KOKO also sells spicy rice crackers and Japanese drinks. Kenji knows what he's doing with a sushi mat, and you reap the rewards.
